Returns informationen for endcustomers

The customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days. The period starts from the day, on which the customer, or a third party named by him who is not the supplier, takes the products in possession.

In case of revocation the BASF Coatings Promoshop has to pay back all payments the buyer has transmitted to the BASF Coatings PromoShop within 14 days from receipt of goods.
The buyer bears the direct costs of the return in case of revocation.

Please also note, that personalized products are excluded from exchange.
