How can I order on the BASF Coatings - PromoShop?

Ordering Process for Business Customers, order simply and conveniently

1. Shopping cart

Choose the products you like to order by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. Thereby your choice will be added to your shopping cart. Until you submit your order you can edit your choice at any time, by changing the number of products, by clicking on the "x" on the right, or cancel the ordering process. By clicking on the button "Proceed to checkout" you will be guided to the next step.

2. Checkout

Please sign in with your e-mail address and your password if you already have a user account or sign up and register otherweise. Yout data will be collected, processed and used in accordance with the data protection regulation (Privacy Policy). Another use or disclosure to third parties will not take place. If you are already logged in, you can directly check your addresses. By clicking on the "Continue" button you will be directed to the next step.

3. Check billing address

Please check the billing address or add a new one. By clicking on the "Continue" button you will be directed to the next step.

4. Check delivery address / choose method of delivery

Please check the billing address or add a new one. By clicking on the "Continue" button you will be directed to the next step and choose the desired delivery method.
Collective purchase order: all orders of one day will be collected and you will receive an offer on the following working day including the final shipping costs. By clicking on the "Continue" button you will be directed to the next step.
At cost: you ordered a special product, that requires sepcial delivery. We will get in touch with you the next working day.

5.  Choose method of payment and complete the ordering process / accept Terms and Conditions and Revocation Instructions

Decide whether this is a prersonal order or enter your cost center and choose your desired payment method and click on "Continue". You will receive an overview of your order: the chosen products, the delivery and billing and delivery address(es) and your contact details (right). Please check, whether all details are correct and read the terms and conditions and the revocation instructions carefully. You can only proceed with your order, if you agree to the terms and conditions and the revocation intructions (checking the boxes). By clicking in the "Place order" button you will submit your order to us. Thereby you give us a legally binding offer.
In case of a collective purchase order: by clicking in the "Preorder now and request offer" you will receive an offer the following working day, which you can accept and thus make the order legally binding.
